GalaxyCon Oklahoma City 2026 just wrapped up its three-day run from May 22–24, 2026, at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. The event brought together a massive mix of pop culture, comic books, anime, gaming, and cosplay.
The celebrity and creator lineup featured major names across sci-fi, comics, and voice acting. Screen celebrities included Hayden Christensen, Paul Bettany, Helen Hunt, and Danny Glover. From the world of animation they had Bill Farmer, Courtney Lin, and Cristina Vee. If actors aren’t your thing they also had some pro wrestlers such as Kofi Kingston.
Some special events at this con included a screening of Twister with Helen Hunt, and a late night podcast and viewing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show with Barry Bostwick. For those other interests GalaxyCon Oklahoma also had a Tattoo Row, Galactic Arcade, a tabletop gaming hall, and specialized fan group booths.
Overall, it was your standard fan convention with lots to do and see.
Cosplay is never standard, every event is a unique experience. Every cosplay is special and different, everyone expresses their characters and personality differently, which is what makes cosplay so special. Thanks to The Hopeful Heroes Hideout we can see some of the cosplay that was on site.
