Naka-Kon is an annual three-day convention, celebrating anime, manga, cosplay, music, fashion and gaming, Naka-Kon began in 2005 as a single-day event at the University of Kansas. Since then, the convention has grown into a three-day convention with more than 10,000 attendees in 2016.
