This year Anime Washington and the Washington State Gaming Expo (WSGX) combined to bring three days of spectacular fun to the Mattress Firm ShowPlex and Pavilion in Puyallup, Washington.
Anime Washington started in 2024 and has continued to grow. This year, the guest list was nothing short of stellar. The lineup featured reunions that drew attention most notably the Halo duo of Steve Downes and Jen Taylor. Fans of Grand Theft Auto V were also treated to appearances by Ned Luke, Steven Ogg, and Shawn Fonteno, whose chemistry on stage was a highlight of the weekend. The voice acting talent went even further with voice actors Yuri Lowenthal, Cherami Leigh, Richard Horvitz and Mass Effect’s Mark Meer. The event even brought in the voices behind the popular K-Pop Demon Hunters.

The programming offered more than just the usual meet-and-greets and panels. The Anime Washington Game Show blended obscure trivia with hilarious physical challenges.
On the main floor, the cosplay quality reached breathtaking new heights with fans displaying everything from a simple closet cosplay to intricate works of wearable art and complex armors.
