ConnectiCon just wrapped up its latest event in Hartford from July 17-20, 2025. This event was started in 2003 by Matthew Daigle and Briana Benn-Mirandi and has since become Connecticut’s longest running pop culture convention. The most recent event drew nearly 20,000 attendees.
Every year they invite special guests that their attendees and interact with with at photo shoots, autograph opportunities and various panels. Guests are industry adjacent and can be screen actors, voice actors, musicians and artists. The guests this year included Bryn Apprill, Emily Bauer, JB Blanc, and Pete Capella.

There is also plenty of opportunities for gamers of all types. There is video, board and card gaming available for the gaming enthusiast as well as tournaments.
