The Northwest Indiana Comic-Con (NWICC) celebrated its 11th anniversary on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Crown Point, Indiana. The event featured a variety of vendors offering comics, toys, and other pop culture merchandise in a family-friendly atmosphere with affordable admission price and free parking.
There was a slew of local and national venders crafters and artists. They also have a few choices for food, my favorites are Steam Whistle Coffee Roasters and a mobile cheese truck (genius idea) The Mobile Wedge. They have an offering of a cone containing cheese, salami and almonds that I loved this year, its a walking charcuterie board. I also picked up a bag of marshmallows from Geeky Goodies Bakery, I got a bag of scraps from them which lets me have a small sampling of all their flavors when I can’t decide what I want.

As usual there was some fantastic cosplay on site and an even better display of it on stage during the cosplay costume contests. I didn’t take a lot of photos.
