Dragon Con officially started today. Atlanta, GA has been officially taken over by the nerds. Today is the day that Americas Mart open and you could peruse hundreds of vendors, the programming tracks officially began and the celebrities started appearing. Of course the cosplay and parties started a few days ago, but now is the time for the official photo shoots and gatherings.
Our past Dragon Con cosplay coverage can be found here: 2016, 2017,2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024
It’s hard to decide what to do at Dragon Con as there are so many choices. If you don’t have one particular goal then you can attend one of art shows, go shopping at the vendor hall, visit the celebrities, wander down artist alley or participate in photos shoots. If you like to keep a goal in mind then there are thousands of hours of programming spread across several tracks (interests). You can follow one track such as Fantasy Literature, Film, gaming, or costuming or you can choose to jump between them and pick your various interests to attend. The tracks include panels and workshops that pertain to their particular subject. There is even a kid focused track.
But enough rambling, you are here for photos and thanks to Laird of Cosplay, aka Reptile we’ve got them.
