FAN EXPO Chicago 2025 is here from August 15-17 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Saturday and we are already well behind on our photo editing. We have hundreds of cosplay photos to edit and put up for your viewing pleasure. We have the cosplay red carpet and costume contest, as well as our floor shots. Stay tuned for a lot more pictures
We’ve been covering this event since the days of Wizard World and every year is enjoyable. This year had a great celebrity lineup. All genres were covered from sci-Fi to Anime, Tv to movies. If you are an autograph hunter then you were definitely going to find a name that you knew and liked.

Today started at 10am. We knew it would be packed, but traffic definitely confirmed it. We were stuck on the Balmoral approach path for at least 20 minutes as we crawled along. We didn’t even try the event side of the parking lot, we went straight into the mall side and still didn’t find parking until the 4th level. When I finally made it out to the floor it was wall to wall people. There was no way I was making it to any of the vendors without a fight, so I didn’t even try. When I did hit the floor I went over towards the cosplay area, and that was even tough to get to.

Friday Pt. 1
Even without hitting the vendor floor we managed to get a lot of photos, this is only a handful of those we will bring you. Future Saturday photos will include some more floor shots, cosplay red carpet, and the costume contest.
