Anime Milwaukee (AMKE) is an annual anime convention held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Established in 2007, it is the largest anime convention in Wisconsin, drawing thousands of attendees each year. The event takes place at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center and the Wisconsin Center, offering a wide range of activities for anime fans, gamers, cosplayers, and enthusiasts of Japanese culture. this years event ran March 7-9.
AMKE featured a diverse array of programming and activities to cater to fans of all ages and interests. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in panels and workshops covering a wide range of topics, including anime industry insights, cosplay tips, and Japanese culture. Special guest appearances by voice actors, artists, and industry professionals added to the excitement, providing fans with the chance to meet their favorite personalities and learn from their experiences.

This years guest was packed with names such as Nozomu Sasaki, Zeno Robinson, Erica Lindbeck and Daman Mills. Special events included a cosplay studio which included a special series of hands-on workshops intended to assist with various aspects of cosplay creation. they also had combat chess, a Masquerade, maid cage and an escape room along with the usual panels, and fan meetups.
