The Tampa Bay Comic Convention celebrated it’s 15th year, August 1st to 3rd, at the Tampa Convention Center.
Highlights of the convention included a wide array of celebrity guests from film, television, and animation. The lineup featured notable names such as Zachary Levi, Gabriel Iglesias, Cary Elwes, Henry Winkler, David Harbour, and Melissa Joan Hart. The convention also had guests from popular shows and movies like Blue’s Clues star Steve Burns, and actors from My Big Fat Greek Wedding (Nia Vardalos) and JAG and Army Wives (Catherine Bell).

The event featured a variety of activities for fans, including photo opportunities with celebrity guests, panel discussions, and of course, a showcase of impressive cosplays. The vendor floor was open for attendees to explore and purchase a wide range of merchandise.
The event went smoothly with minimal problems. reported complaints seem to focus around temperature, vendor variety and overcrowding. These are all fairly common complaints at events like these and easily dismissed.
