The Grand Rapids Tattoo Festival returned to DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids from October 23–25, bringing together hundreds of tattoo artists and ink enthusiasts from across the country.
This high-energy show brough together over 200 artists, giving attendees access to a massive range of specialties and artistic styles. Hyper-realism, traditional, black work, fine line and Asian styles of tattoo art were on display. This was a fantastic opportunity to meet the artists, Examine their portfolios and consult with them before booking an appointment. A one stop shop for your own personal adornment.
There was much more going on than just tattooing, there were live competitions, stage entertainment, art vendors, and costume contests. This is not normally an event that we would cover and we were honestly surprised when a Ryan Heffron Photography approached us with photos. we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to showcase some fantastic cosplays and expand our coverage.
