Ohayocon is a three-day anime convention held in Columbus, Ohio, at the Hyatt Regency Columbus and the Greater Columbus Convention Center. This is a great chance to show off your fandom and get some great cosplay photos.
Ohayocon’s name is derived from the similarity between “Ohio,” the convention’s location, and Ohayou, which means “good morning” in Japanese.
Events this year included a bad dad joke contest, dance competition, cosplay show, fantasy ball, scavenger hunt, escape room, foam sword fighting, and various dances. The events aren’t the only reason that people went. They were also there to see the guests and hang out with great friends.
This was a cosplay laden event and we have the cosplay photos for you. Rodney Rupert was kind enough to allow us to use his photos from the event. You can find more of his photos in the Ohayocon Photoshoots Facebook Group.
