Washington State Summer Con 2026 just wrapped up its three-day weekend from June 19–21, 2026. This event filled the Washington State Fair Events Center in Puyallup, WA. WA Summer Con has expanded to include seven of the buildings and four stages.
The convention featured an expansive guest list spanning across the genres. The guest list included Kate Mulgrew, Todd Stashwick, Alison Sealy-Smith, AJ LoCascio, and Jaime Pressly. They even had a special photo op appearance with Peggy aka Dogpool. There was a slew of voice actors from across animation.
The convention floor split across the fairgrounds into specialized hubs. The Marketplace was a great shopping experience with rows of custom pop-culture merchandise, and independent crafters. Pavilion 1 was the Artist & Tattoo Alley with comic book creators, independent illustrators, and tattoo artists. Pavillion 2 was dedicated to sci-fi with a Star Wars Hall and custom droid builders.
Cosplay was a massive focus with craftsmanship contests, fan meetups, group photos, and instructional panels. Thanks to Anthony Macasieb we get to see some of it.
