Dragon con 2026 Cosplay Photos – Friday Pt. 2

Friday at Dragon Con 2026 was a living gallery of fan creativity. With registration over for many and the host hotels fully packed, Friday marked the day cosplayers unleashed their more elaborate builds of the weekend. From the Marriott Marquis atrium to the glass skybridges connecting the hotels, every corner was filled with jaw-dropping armor sets, motorized prop work, screen-accurate fabric creations, and clever mashups that kept cameras flashing nonstop.

Cosplayers gathered on hotel staircases, wide balconies, and surrounding outdoor plazas for massive, coordinated group shots spanning every universe imaginable. Fans stood shoulder-to-shoulder in sprawling Marvel and DC lineups and vast Star Wars assemblies. There were shoots G.I. Joe, Halo and Warhammer. even individual characters got such as Harley Quinn and Wonder Woman got their own shoots. If you could think of it, there was a group.

As dusk fell, the focus shifted to the nightlife and costumes changed. Gone were many of the serious costumes and the Memes came out to play. Friday night cosplay at Dragon Con is famous for taking a turn into the wild, creative, and late-night territory. Cosplayers swapped heavy armor for lighthearted “party cosplays,” hilarious late-night variants, and glowing neon builds that illuminated the lobby floors, flowing seamlessly into late-night dance parties until dawn.

Throughout the day’s excitement, Nocedo Photo Media Group was on hand capturing some of the massive group photo shoots, delivering an unforgettable visual record of Friday’s incredible talent. This is only a small fraction of what they took. We couldn’t even keep our choices down, so we will be bringing you three articles of their fantastic photos, and we’ve barely touch on what they have. You can find more Friday photos on their Facebook page or all of their Dragon Con photos on Flikr. Instead of snagging a photo off of our page, you want to head over there anyhow so you can get a full-size, full resolution version.

If you like Leo’s photos and want to keep him going to these events why not head over to and buy him a Kofi, put a few dollars in his tank. Because we all know that these websites don’t make money (as much as we wish they would).
