Sunday at Dragon Con 2026 is last big costume day and the last full day (and night) of programming.

I’ve pretty much run through the basics of the event and we are winding down our coverage. There isn’t much more to say on Dragon Con 2026. For some it was the best experience of their life, for others the worst. Some had a great time, some were overwhelmed, and a few just of their experience as ‘meh’.
Our past Dragon Con cosplay coverage can be found here: 2016, 2017,2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025
There were high and lows of the weekend. The major complaints are pretty much posted everywhere. The biggest complaints are regarding the lines, primarily the initial badge pick up. Other complaints include the:
- Most things about the Courtland Grand
- The Hyatt Plumbing leak
- People assuming that everything is swag and randomly taking things
- People putting garbage at the shrines
- Rude people in scooters shoving their way through
- The heat
- Disgusting personal habits of people
- The amount of garbage people just dropped
Maybe we can do better next year??
